About Our Facility

Our spacious new fitness center is a comfortable place to work out. We provide cardio equipment, a wide variety of strength training equipment and a fitness studio.  We also have locker rooms for member use.

Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio is used primarily for our group fitness classes.  The room has mirrored walls and hardwood floors, and is separate from the main fitness area. Interval Training, Yoga, PiYo, Zumba, & Silver Sneakers classes are held in the Fitness Studio.

Locker Rooms

We have both men’s and women’s locker rooms available for members. There are three private showers, as well as lockers available for member use while at the fitness center.

Rates and 12-Month Membership Contracts

Individual Rate
$30 per month

Couples Rate (Lives in the same household)
$50 per month

Family Rate (For a family of three)
$65 per month
$15 per month for each additional family member

Senior Citizen Rate
$25 per month

Rates Without Membership Contracts – Pay as You Go

Individual Rate (no contract)
$45 for one month

Student Rate (With proof of student ID)
$25 for one month

Active Duty Military Rate
$25 for one month

Payment Options
Monthly Drafts – The typical enrollment fee is waived with the automatic draft option.
Monthly Statements – First month includes a $25 enrollment fee.

Nicole Schenk – Fitness and Wellness Center Coordinator

Nicole Schenk, a native of Cambria County, is the facility coordinator of the Tyrone Fitness and Wellness Center.  Ms. Schenk has worked in the fitness industry for more than five years. She recently held positions at ProCare Fitness, Intrivah Health & Wellness and the Hollidaysburg YMCA.  Her fitness instruction experience includes teaching yoga, movement and conditioning classes, and personal training. Nicole instructs beginner and intermediate yoga at the Tyrone Fitness and Wellness Center. She is also an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday: 5:30AM to 8PM
Friday: 5:30AM to 6PM
Saturday: 7AM to 1PM
Sunday: 12PM to 4PM

The center is open seven days a week. We are closed on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. We have limited hours on other holidays. Check with us for holiday hours.
