Yoga Fusion

Instructor: Susan Taylor

Program Information: This class fuses light weight training and ab work with yoga stretching to provide a well-rounded strength and stretching experience.

Class Schedule:

Saturdays: 8:30 am – 9:30 am

 


 

Yoga

Instructor: Susan Taylor

Program Information: Class is in the Hatha yoga style. Hatha yoga includes the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) which help bring peace to mind and body. Classes are relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

Class Schedule:

Mondays: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Wednesdays: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
