“Not Your Sister’s Yoga”

Instructor: Jennifer Papp

Program Information: Class is appropriate for beginners-intermediate and includes Myofascial Release techniques, Core/Pilates training and Dynamic Stretching.

Monday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Wednesday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am



Instructor: Susan Taylor

Program Information: Class is in the Hatha yoga style. Hatha yoga includes the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) which help bring peace to mind and body. Classes are relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

Class Schedule:

Mondays: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Wednesdays: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
