Tyrone Regional Health Network Foundation

The Tyrone Regional Health Network  Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, exists to advance the mission of Tyrone Hospital and entities that are part of Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN) by raising funding to support healthcare initiatives including the Breast Cancer Voucher Program, which supports uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients and general operational support so that TRHN can access the latest healthcare equipment and technology, which enables clinicians to provide the highest quality of care.

The Tyrone Regional Health Network Foundation, thanks to the generous support of our benefactors, continues to be an integral part of the success of  TRHN and Tyrone Hospital. To learn more about how you can support the TRHN Foundation, please call the Foundation office at 814-684-6373 or click on the Donate tab of this site.

Events conducted by the Tyrone Regional Health Network Foundation on an annual basis include the following:

Annual Tree of Light Campaign

Held each year during the holiday season in November/December. Donations may be made to place an angel on Christmas trees located in the main lobby of Tyrone Hospital. Angels may be placed in memory or in honor of a loved one or to recognize your business or organization. A ceremony that includes lighting of the Christmas trees, musical performances and refreshments is held and the community is invited to attend.

The Tree of Light campaign for 2017 is underway.

Community members are invited to attend a special lighting ceremony to be held December 6th in the main lobby at Tyrone Hospital. The event includes illumination of the holiday trees bearing angels to honor or remember loved ones, vocal selections performed by a specially assembled chorus of Tyrone Regional Health Network employees and light refreshments.
