The Tyrone Hospital Auxiliary was recognized recently at a special event held at Tyrone Hospital. Recognition was extended for the generous support they provide to Tyrone Hospital and other entities within Tyrone Regional Health Network.
Community members age 12 and over are invited to participate in FREE training to learn how to use a fire extinguisher. The training will be held in the main lobby at Tyrone Hospital, located at 187 Hospital Drive in Tyrone, PA. The event will be held on Friday July 19th from 9 am to 4 pm.
The Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN) medical staff announced that they have awarded scholarships to Ms. Lasandra Keller, Ms. Jayde LaRosa and Ms. Olivia Barr, students from Tyrone Area High School’s 2019 graduating class.
Tyrone Hospital volunteers were recognized for their hours of service in calendar year 2018 during a special recognition event held recently at Tyrone Hospital. In 2018, seven volunteers collectively donated 545 hours to support Tyrone Hospital. Volunteers assisted with clerical tasks to support a variety of hospital departments. A complimentary lunch was provided for volunteers along with a gift card as a token of appreciation.
Mr. Murray D. Fetzer, II has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN). In addition to his duties in human resources, Mr. Fetzer will also continue with his current duties providing oversight of the Tyrone Fitness and Wellness Center and continuing to work with others on projects for the Tyrone Regional Health Network Foundation.
Employees who retired from Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN) during the past year were recognized for their years of service during a special recognition event held at Tyrone Hospital during National Hospital in May.
