Beth Dietrick, RN, BSN joined Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN)/Tyrone Hospital as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). As ADON, Mrs. Dietrick is responsible for assisting with oversight of the Nursing Department and direct oversight of Tyrone Hospital’s Short Procedure Unit (SPU) and the Emergency Department.
Mrs. Dietrick, a native of Houtzdale, PA, brings more than thirty-two years of nursing experience to TRHN/Tyrone Hospital. In addition to direct patient care experience, she has also held clinical supervisory/management positions in various areas of nursing.
Mrs. Dietrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Western Governor’s University. She is currently completing a Master’s Program for leadership in Nursing at Western Governor’s University. She completed nursing training at the Central Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
Mrs. Dietrick comes to TRHN/Tyrone Hospital from Mt. Nittany Medical Center where for the past several years she held the position of Clinical Supervisor of the oncology and telemetry units. Her past professional experience includes serving in various roles while employed for twenty-six years at Clearfield Hospital. Her positions at Clearfield included staff nurse, charge nurse and Manager on the Medical/Telemetry and Surgical/Pediatric Units, a case management and utilization review position and serving as swing bed coordinator. She was also involved in quality improvement projects within her areas of responsibility. Mrs. Dietrick also served on the Quality Improvement and Policy/Procedure committees.
Mrs. Dietrick resides in Houtzdale, PA. Her personal interests include camping, walking and time with her family. She is also very involved with her church and community.
