Ms. Lori A. Miller has joined Tyrone Regional Health Network (TRHN)/Tyrone Hospital as Human Resources Benefits Manager/Generalist.
As Benefits Manager/Generalist, Ms. Miller is responsible for the management of all benefits programs including, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life/Long Term Disability, Supplemental, 403(b)/457(b), COBRA & FMLA Administration and Workers’ Compensation. Her duties include assuring the organization is compliant with provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Affordable Care Act. She will oversee preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Labor (DOL), insurance commissioners and other regulatory agencies. Additionally, she will coordinate company benefits with government-sponsored programs. Ms. Miller will also be responsible for managing and conducting the annual “open enrollment” process. She will also work with others in the Human Resources department on general Human Resources functions.
Prior to joining TRHN/Tyrone Hospital, Ms. Miller was employed at North American Communications (NAC).
